Description

You will use cutting-edge full-stack development techniques and tools as a Software Engineer in Mastercard's Commercial Solutions division to produce web applications and microservices of the highest caliber. We are developing an international business-to-business (B2B) technology platform to assist companies of all sizes in streamlining their payment processing when purchasing or vending goods and services.

Responsibility

• Provide code that works at scale and has outstanding quality and security.
• Take part in retrospectives and code reviews, and use Git to send pull requests.
• Work together with product managers, TPMs, test engineers, and software engineers.
• Participate in the team's planning, designing, and development of microservices.
• Create and manage full-stack Java, PCF, and Angular apps and services.
• When developing, make sure to apply the 12-factor app design concepts.
• Verify that the systems you develop adhere to the governance frameworks and best practices for Mastercard engineering, including the requirements for security, operations, and enterprise architecture.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree
• You have a solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals
• You have experience with web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, Javascript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular
• You have experience building applications using Java and PCF
• You have experience using storage technologies such as PostgreSQL or Oracle and delivering solutions that leverage them at a massive scale
• You have exposure to automated testing and releasing software in a continuous delivery model using Git
• You enjoy working in an Agile team focused on continuous improvement
• You have a strong desire to learn best practices and modern software architecture and collaborate within a team
• You are passionate about the art of delivering the highest quality software to customers
• You have excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical people

Salary: 6 LPA (Exp)
